Here is an interesting recipe of Vegetable Korma. It’s mainly a mixture of vegetables, coconut and poppy seeds(main ingredient). It’s rather easy to make. It’s best had with Chapatis, flat bread or rice.
Boil the broccoli and potatoes in the microwave to save time during cooking. In the meantime, last-minute heat oil in a wok-like pan. Once the oil is hot, add mustard and jeera. Once they start spluttering, add the chopped onions. Once they are light brown, add bell peppers and cook for a bit. Then add spinach and sauté. Add the broccoli and potatoes and sauté to coat them with oil.Add peas and salt. Cover and cook for a while (less than 5 minutes). last minute of cooking, add the chopped tomato. Add the lemon juice and you are all set.
